So confused!

I tested positive on a clear blue digital yesterday. Did the clear blue how many weeks test and it said not pregnant. Period is due today but have brown spotting. Took these today but I feel like they aren’t dark enough for 13-14dpo. Has anyone had this and gone onto have a successful pregnancy?
