Just 3 days ago I went for blood work and all my blood work came back positive and normal levels, I’m supposed to be what I thought was around 6 weeks with my last period starting on Jan 30, and I went for a early ultrasound two days ago now and all they seen was the sac and I can’t remember if she said there was the yolk too, but I have another ultrasound scheduled for the 29’th of this month. Is it still normal that I’m spotting, it stopped before I went for the ultrasound but started back up again after because it was an internal one that might’ve caused some sensitivity? I hope this makes sense.. I’m just still concerned

And it obviously turns out I’m not as far as I thought?
