When do babies get easier?

I just turned a first time mom and my baby boy is 2 weeks & 2 days old now and im dreading the newborn phase & honestly don’t know know what I’m doing I’m just trying to take it day by day even tho I know he won’t be this tiny forever.. for any moms out there when did things start to get easier & more enjoyable w your LO?
