Frozen milk
I was wondering if frozen milk from when she was a newborn has just as many nutrients as now for my 4 month old? My husband wants to rotate the frozen milk so we won’t waste it but want to see if it will give her what she needs at this age since I made when she was born (if that makes sense lol )
