I'm just a few years younger, and I've found it helpful to bd every other day so the sperm have 48 hrs to regenerate and be healthy. Pre-seed lubricant can be helpful as well! This is my 1st pregnancy in my 30's .

TTC number 3 at 37. It has been a struggle. But I just know it will happen this cycle. I am really hoping so. Because it will be a big joke if I do. My oldest was born beginning of November and my second was born end of December, this one would fall right in the middle. We have been trying since 2021 and have had four early losses. So something has to give and it will. I am speaking it into existence. Good luck and baby dust. I am cd 12 today. I am not tracking I am just letting it be and putting it out there. We got this!
