Random pain!

So I don’t know if it was a cyst that ruptured… or what. It happened a few days before ovulation, the pain was SO bad I curled up in a ball and didn’t move for 2 hours, even hurt to breathe…. Then at 9 DPO it happened again but only lasted for a few minutes and then a few hours later I had very small amount of spotting on toilet paper… hasn’t happened since….

Also it’s not an ectopic, I’ve had 2 and I didn’t have any pain with them like what randomly happened.
