Pill side effects or symptoms ?

I’ve been on the pill since January , me and my boyfriend started having sex in February , im allergic to latex so tried latex free which was ok , we had sex between the 7th feb and 16th feb multiple times , some with a condom some without . He always pulled out when not using a condom. The last time we had sex was just before my period on the 7th of March , I came off the pill for the 7 days , and my period was 11th - 16th 
I’ve been having stomach cramps, pains in the left hand side , put on a pound , overly  Emotional i will get really hungry and then when it comes to dinner time I’ll feel sick and not want to eat. 
my friend said I should do a test , however I’ve been researching and symptoms of pregnancy don’t usually start until 7th week , which I’ll be hitting it this week … but I’ve had this pains and sickness for over a week 
I would like to mention I was on antibiotics (Erythromycin) at the start of February too 
I don’t personally think I’m pregnant however was wondering what other people thought ? 
I kinda put it all down to not being on the pill for long and all being symptoms of being on that

Pill stopped my period when I went on it so that really through a spanner in the works (progesterone only can stop them for months at a time) I did a test just to be on the safe side and would probably say if you miss your period by more than two days then to do a test

More than likely just side effects from the pill, as it can take 3-6 months for ur body to adjust. And, most commonly used antibiotics don’t actually affect birth control like once believed. But, if testing will give u more reassurance then there’s nothing wrong with doing that.
