I thought i was out

Has anyone had a chart like mine? I thought i was out this month as glow and fertility friend both didn’t provide a cover line and my temps were all over the place. I got a positive OPK on day 11 and was too scared to take a pregnancy test because of erratic chart but took test today and got a BFP im still in shock and cant believe it.
