I get the same thing if I’m doing dishes by hand. It’s extreme dryness. Try a thick cream for eczema.

Looks like dermatitis from not drying your hands thoroughly. Just use some sudocrem or any kind of hand cream should help really

Not sure what caused yours but for me my hands get very dry and chapped especially during the winter and washing my hands at work dries them out a lot more. I have been using eucerin lotion and it’s helped a lot and have not had the issue since. If you can’t figure it out go to the doctors and they’re prescribe ointment.

I would try hydrocortisone cream. Maybe eczema that is super irritated. If it doesnt go away i a week or so, make a dr appt and have it looked at. My has one finger with eczema on it. It looked similarwhen it got irritated.
