Saw something on Instagram regarding Bullying. A child had been getting verbally abused by a child both on social media and in school and on the phone. Her parents highlighted the issue to the school multiple occasions and nothing was done. The child punched the child. Since then, the puncher was excluded and the original bully was allowed to go to school as she was 'only' verbally abusive. Thoughts? Who is right? I understand there is no right way to handle this but bullying is horrid, can follow a person around all their lives. So saw it and thought I would put it forward.
