My FWB asked why do I always ghost and leave him

Truth is I vanish when I start getting feelings when

We’ve been FWB on and off for many many years

He never ever wants it to end

Well now he’s been more open with me, communicating with me things are changing from just sex. Now it’s so you want me to come over give you some attention, hugs and big kisses? To wanna make love? To I miss you to awwwww when I showed him a photo of something I made to him telling me all about his day and asking about mine

This time around it took him months to become more open with me understandably of course

I’m starting to catch feelings, I feel I should run 🏃‍♀️

Anyways, do I tell him why I was always leaving our arrangement, which was due to catching feelings or do I just not say anything?
