Can dad file for joint custody at cs hearing?
Im putting my bd on child support he says that that will automatically give him joint custody is this true? He also states that he will be able to carry him on his taxes every other yr.. He is a felon (didn’t know this) & I don’t want my baby around guns/ Drugs. Anyone else been through this? Is joint custody automatically granted or does it have to be a separate case? We are in Louisiana ik the laws change by state..
