Hi guys. This is my first baby and I was seen two days ago and baby measured 6 weeks 5 days and had a heart rate of 116. Then today I had a tiny bit of red blood so I went to the obgyn. They told me the bleeding could be because baby implanted low and was growing. Then I got an ultrasound and baby measured smaller and there was no heartbeat they could detect. Is there any hope? Is it possible that the ultrasound just couldn’t pick up the heartbeat? I go in tomorrow morning for bloodwork to compare my hcg levels, then back next week for ultrasound and more bloodwork. Has anyone ever had this happen and had a good outcome? I dont want this to be true😕
