5 weeks and 1 day hmmm...

Anyone else experiancing extremely sore breast like someone put rocks inside them? Or non stop cramps no bleeding and lower back pain? Constantly tired and even when you nap you still feel like you haven't slept in days? Oh and cant forget the nauseas trying not to throw up feeling all day long since about 3-4 weeks? Also nose bleeds.... This is my 7th pregnancy miscarried 2 so 5th but its by far the most extreme...twins run in my family and its my generation who is suppose to end up with a set and so far non of my siblings has had them. I believe I have high hormones right now which explains all the extra so Im thinking maybe twins or just a super strong healthy baby?
