Rough Nips?

Okay this is unnecessarily embarrassing but this app comforts me. But basically, I noticed as soon as I started my period 2 days ago, the skin around my nipples have felt like scaly, and Im not really that worried, just more concerned because I've never had problems with my girls before. Soo yikes 🥲 This ever happen to anyone else? If so how do I get it to go away?
