Possible Starbucks Food poisoning ??

So yesterday at around 6 p ish I ordered a caramel crème crunch Frappuccino without the coffee it was vanilla bean and whip cream on top non fat milk with a turkey bacon cheese sandwich next morning I’m feeling nauseous barely want to get up and start fasting, I been having watery diarrhea. I can’t really remember if the day before this was not happening. Could this be from the Starbucks after the Starbucks I had nothing else to eat. I suppose to be fasting and I don’t know what else to do…..
