determined to get back to myself. I know in these clothes I don’t necessarily look THAT overweight but I’m good at hiding it.
My goal weight is 135 lbs to start. Ultimate goal weight is probably 115 lbs though. This is when I feel the most confident and healthy. I was this weight up until covid hit, I quit my job at a doggy daycare where I was running around all day (7,000-10,000 steps per day). I graduated college during covid, and then started an office job, (2,000-3,000 steps per day) and started eating out more, and gained 35 lbs since.
I hate the way I look in tight clothes, I hate how I look naked, I don’t fit into any of my pants, I look pregnant half the time. I get out of breath from doing the simplest things like walking up a hill.
I really need to get back into shape but I find it so hard to break the habit of binge eating, and getting depressed and not exercising.
anyone want a buddy for their weight loss journey?? maybe someone around the same weight?
