Went into my dr today expecting to find nothing on the ultrasound as my levels weren’t matching up with how far along I was measuring on the ultrasound and compared to my last period (2/6/23)

My levels were 9520 Wednesday 3/22/23 and after a repeat of labs on 3/24/23 I found out yesterday 3/27/23 that my levels had dropped to around 8500 and I also had some bleeding yesterday so I was fully expecting a miscarriage as was my OB office. I went in today to discuss the labs and have a repeat ultrasound to check everything out and make sure my body was taking care of when much to mine and my drs surprise

We find this…

We were both visibly shocked but there it is everything you’d expect to see in a healthy pregnancy as well as a noticeable flicker of a heartbeat on the screen. I’m so so thankful.

My dr thinks either there was a discrepancy in the results since they were taken from different places or I could have possible been carrying twins and lost one.

Praying this baby continues to thrive 🙏🏻
