First blood test 27th March- 688

Second blood test today 29th March- 1528

My apps prediction is I am 7+1. But from my HGC result's, I'm much more likely to be 5, or a very very low 6 weeks. I had this blood test as I've had a previous ectopic, and got the results, but they haven't been seen by a doctor yet. I live in the UK so generally we don't get any scans till 12 weeks, and lots of my Drs are out as there's COVID in our surgery, so trying to get an appointment or phone call is near on impossible. I'm just worried now as although it's doubled, I don't understand why the numbers are so low. Has anyone else had this? Is this a sign of ectopic? Can you ovulate 2 weeks late( I know my dates of last period, and usually on time)? Is this a sign on anything else?
