How many days after positive opk to use preseed?
Long story short. Neg opk- 3-19 and week of.
Pos opk 27th and 28th. Used preseed only on days of positive opk. And back to neg opk on 29th Was that enough or should I have used on the days of the negative opks also? Asking so I will know for next cycle which days to use and if I used it on the “right “ days
