Smep advice
Hi ladies just some advice needed:
If doing the smep method you are supposed to dtd every other day eg, cd8, cd10 etc until a positive but what if that ends up being 4 days? Do you do 4 days in a row or 3?
Example:
Cd8 -DTD
Cd9-miss this day
Cd10-DTD
Cd11- getting a positive opk so doing the DTD
Cd12- DTD
Cd13- this would be the third day following a positive opk but it would mean 4days in a row so would I still dtd or miss a day?
