Advic on teaching my 5 year old

So my daughter is having trouble on her ABC & 123 . when she was in pre k I was always doing them with her . Then I’ll let her sing it by herself and she’ll mess up on a few numbers/letters but I wasn’t concerned . Plus I figured she was just playing dumb . Kids being kids . When it was parent/teacher conference I asked them how was she doing on her alphabet and numbers and they wasn’t concerned so again I’m thinking like she’s just playing dumb . Fast forward I sat her down and told her to sing the alphabet and count to ten and she’s still struggling . So then I’m trying to teach her what the alphabet looks like at this point . And Instead of overwhelming her with all the alphabet in one sitting I start with A-C . I’ll show her A , say a like apple . We will do a few things that’s in her preschool book . We will move on to B . Repeat . Once we are finish with me I’ll go back to A for a review and ask her what letter is this and she won’t remember at all . She knows other things .Such as first/last name . My name , dads name brothers name , her birthday . Colors , shapes . Knows how caterpillars turn into butterflies she’s knows stuff . But she’s really struggling on alphabets and numbers for some reason . I’ve never did bad in school but I did ALWAYS and maybe always will struggle with verbs/pronouns and stuff like that . I try to turn on learning videos on YouTube . And again I try to start off like 2-3 letter at a time but it doesn’t seem to be working for her . If there’s any way you guys can recommend a approach I can take so she knows her letters and number . And can identify them .
