Unbearable uti

So I had sex for the first time (with a condom) on Thursday after 2 years of having my daughter and I got a horrible uti now (unless is something else) I took azo last night (maximum strength) and it did not work. I went to the er this morning and they gave me antibiotics, a shot for std just in case, Tylenol and Motrin for pain and the pain of urinating is still there. They did urine test but they said the test will take 2 days to come back. Went to the er again just now and they gave me another set of meds to see if that works. I was always prone to utis but I don’t remember it being this bad once they gave me antibiotics it always felt better after the first 2 pills now nothing seems to work I’m scared it might be something else this pain is unbearable when I pee. Any suggestions????
