5W4D and had some spotting this morning

Hi everyone! I has some spotting this morning I think it was little, but I don’t know. Called my OB and he prescribed progesterone and rest, since I might be in risk of miscarriage. I’m scared, but somehow more at peace than I thought I would be in this situation, but my first baby my pregnancy went smoothly, so I don’t know what to expect.

Some words of reassurance? 🙏🙏
