Looking for some advice 🥰 I am a nurse on a busy trauma and orthopaedic ward (loads of post op patients and broken bones meaning they can require a lot of assistance with mobility) and have an early dating scan tomorrow because I also have type 1 diabetes. I am wondering when I should inform my manager about my pregnancy? I’m not sure what potential risks there are that I could possibly avoid etc. ideally I wouldn’t want to tell my colleagues before I’ve told family and close friends but is this something I need to do? Also I am showing already so kind of need some bigger scrubs 😅
