Can you please ease my mind
I found out today I have a subchorionic hemorrhage at 9 weeks and was more than likely caused by “implantation” but I’m supposed to be on pelvic rest (no sex, kick boxing and lifting above 30 lbs) for 2-3 weeks. Naturally this scares me being my 3rd pregnancy and never experienced this before. Can anyone ease my mind? Tell me your experience and did you go on to have a healthy baby and pregnancy and delivery without complications?
