I went to the doctor today. I have an “Ovarian Cyst”, a fluid filled sac in my ovaries (around 3 cm). The doctor told me I shouldn’t be concerned at all, because it usually goes away on it’s own during the next 2-3 cycles, when I have my period. And the doctor told me it’s doesn’t affect pregnancy at all.

Has anyone gone through the same, and did it go away on it’s own? I read on google that many women go through this, and some don’t even notice that they had a ovarian cyst, because it just goes away after some cycles.

If you have gone through this, what did you do? And are their any foods that could me on it?
