Calorie deficit. Exercise or some form of movement. Plenty of water and just time!

Babe don’t put yourself down. Little tiny human grew inside of  you. And once they start running around you might loose a bunch of it lol. Take them out for a jog if the weather is nice enough. Put them in a baby carrier or in the stroller and go walk or run. That’s my advice. :)

My stretch marks are similar. I have a similar tummy I’m pregnant with my third and haven’t lost it from the first yet, but I guess I haven’t really tried. I personally don’t think you look pregnant. Also don’t be so hard on yourself you grew a human being in your body for 9 almost 10 months that’s amazing!

As hard as it is to except the physical change, you grew a whole human in there! I have similar stretch marks and hate them, but I’ve accepted it and am still proud of my body for what it created. 
Im 3 months PP and for the last 2 months I have gone to the walking track a few times a week or go for walks outside with my baby in his stroller. 
I try to eat as healthy as possible but I’m EBF and crave allllll the carbs in the world!
