Needing Advice - Am I being Unreasonable?

Question

I'm pregnant with a boy and this is our last child. My husband wants this child's middle name to be Anthony after his father who passed.
My FIL passed away in 2017 from psoriasis. He was a huge alcoholic and never made an effort to see us. He wasn't the best parent to my husband and his brother while they were growing up.
All in all, I just don't think he's someone who's deserving of this honour. Am I being unreasonable?

It’s your sons name forever.. if you don’t want a negative association with it then just don’t do it or it’s all you’ll think whenever you hear it. My mum had an affair with a man who has the same name as my FIL and my husband wanted his dads name in my sons name and I just explained that I wasn’t comfortable given the history of the name in our family and I also explained our son has his surname and perhaps we could honour my side instead as I’d lost the family surname through marriage. My husband totally understood.. honesty is the best policy 🤷🏻‍♀️

My mom didn’t have a great relationship with her dad growing up. He wasn’t the best person either . They weren’t on very good terms but she still gave me his name as my middle name . He lived in another province and didn’t see me before he died. My mom is honest about their relationship and conflicting feelings. But she still loved her dad . And both my parents called me my middle name most of the time . 
I also used that for my second daughters middle name . And my grandmas name for my first daughters .

It’s your son too but I would probably honor him if not for his sons sake.
