Does anyone else suffer from cervical vertigo?

I have it and sometimes it’s worse than others. My neck starts hurting then when I move around too much I feel a little light headed and dizzy. I was properly diagnosed but wondered how anyone else deals with it.

Not cervical vertigo but just vertigo runs in my family, mostly women on my moms side. My mom gets medication that she takes when she feels it coming but should be taking regularly according to her doctor. For her it’s an issue of brain blood circulation. 
I have it but not often at all and I’m a naturalist so I take supplements that help with blood circulation and I workout regularly. We also know that stress, irregular sleep patterns, and bad nutrition trigger it so I try and keep that healthy. 
Supplements I take are:
Moringa, Turmeric, ginger, maca, and gotu kola.
