eye twitching

my left eye has been twitching for over a week now. not constantly everyday but a few times a day it'll do it constantly stop and then again... it's only one eye. i don't have a "gut" feeling something is wrong but im like what the heck?? i work from home looking at a computer screen but it's been a month in a half .. so i'm not sure. i don't have one to go check it out
