I have PCOS and by using inositol ive gone from having a period 1-2 times a year to one every 6 weeks. Ive been putting in my data into the app and im just wanting to know everybody else's experience with the app. When it says predicted Ovulation etc, has it been correct? My temperatures havent changed much so unsure if im actually going to Ovulate. Ive heard that you can still have a period without ovulating, which i dont truly understand. I had a previous bad experience with the specialist in the fertility unit in hospital so therefore i want to try and concieve naturally, at the age of 40 im also aware that this may be virtually impossible. Im beginning to think ive missed the boat and wont be able to be a mother.
