Has anyone taken keflex (cefalexin) for a UTI?

Did it cause diarrhea for y’all? I’m on day 3 of it and I’m in the bathroom constantly!

Most if not all antibiotics have the possibility of diarrhea of a side effect unfortunately. My dr usually tell me to take double doses of probiotics 2h after the antibiotics to help, though I'm not sure if it helps all that much.
