Cycle Getting Shorter

Since we have started trying (four cycles) my cycle seems to be getting shorter - from 29 or 30 days for as long as I can remember to 25 or 26 days now. Has that happened to anyone else? I don't want to think it's because of a decline in fertility but I guess it could be. It's just weird that it only started when we stopped using birth control.
