so I had my baby 4 days ago.. I had a 2nd degree almost 3rd degree tear and while my doctor was stitching me back up he mentioned that literally while he was trying to stitch it back a piece of my lip broke off and I have never in life seen or heard this happen before it’s weird.. I looked down there today finally and yeap it’s broken off 😮‍💨 he said it would heal back together and I don’t really even feel pain down there but anyone else had this happen?
