Are these reasonsable fixes (for now)

My husband and I are renting and are moving out in a few weeks. The landlord is coming tomorrow to bring someone to view and I've been fixing some of the things as best I can for now, I will do a better job when I am able to get back to the hardware store for the right stuff.

The top of this door broke off one day (swelled with the rain and then pulled apart as we tried to get out). I don't think I did a shabby job at this one to be honest. The varnish is still wet so it highlights the flaws, but this is my fix:

And then just as a point of reference, these are the states of some of the other wooden frames around the house, that were like this (or fixed like this), when we moved in:

Then, I had to repaint a big patch by the one door where we had something really heavy mounted (lots of holes), I battled to get the colour matching right. It's still not 100% right, but when they come tomorrow it won't be full light yet (like in the picture, the shadows from the door make it look worse), and I do plan on taking a sample to the paint store before we leave for a proper repaint. This is just a for "right now" fix

Just as a point of reference, the two lighter patches to the left were here when we moved in. The whole wall is full of little patches, not our doing:

I'm 99% sure I'm overthinking this, considering that when we moved in, we conducted the following fixes:

Repainted the bathroom ceiling (we had a huge water leak the first night we moved in, the landlords said they'd send someone in a month to repaint and that never happened. We did it).

Fixed a broken lock that was preventing one of the other doors from being able to open.

Filled gaps between the cupboards and the tiles (they were just these gaping holes that dirt was collecting in).

Replaced the stove's extractor fan filter AND gave it probably it's first wash in YEARS (I had to throw away two sponges after cleaning it).

They did not do a pre-tenant garden cleanup so we had to clean the garden when we moved in. There were giant logs everywhere.

Revarnished all the doors and windows (as you can see from my other picture, this has not been done for ages and ages).

Cleaned the gutters (they were blocked).

Over and above this, the landlord failed to disclose to us that there is a brothel (a literal brothel) that operates 24/7 right across the road from us, and that they make a lot of noise at all hours of the night. Hooting, shouting, music playing... We haven't had a good night's sleep since moving in here.

Finally, we didn't do an entry inspection so she can't really hold us liable for anything, but like I say I am definitely going to fix that paint job by the door in a week or two. My own pride won't allow me to just leave it like that.

Again, 99% overthinking but will these pass for now?
