43 and 3dpo cd22

We actually havent been ttc for a while now. We gave up when it became more of a planning thing rather than actually enjoying each other. But this happened starting last night. At first it was clear cm with like 2 little specks of red and now its just pink. We did "dance" on the 31st within my Ovulation time (i only have one ovary left and its hard to track) but im having cramping on my right side (with active ovary) and have had low back pain for 2 days now. Any thoughts or comments are appreciated!
