I’m 21 currently single I’ve been talking to a guy on this dating app so far he’s been really sweet.My mums saying online dating can be dangerous and lots of women go missing.I know that’s true but I might meet an gentle man he compliments me every day I’m meeting him in person soon.

I met my husband online as have several friends. Ive never heard that 'lots of women go missing'. You should never have someone you dont know pick you up, know your address,go to their place etc. But if you meet up the first few times then I see nothing wrong with it.

Just make sure that you make smart choices. For example let someone know where your going to be and when for your first few dates & plan on texting that person when the date is done. Dont allow him to pick you up from your house or drive you anywhere until you know him well.
