Yesterday I had a major hair crisis. The hairdresser was supposed to do highlights and instead I got yellow orange hair. I ran out of there and called Ulta hair salon and asked if they could correct my hair since I know they close late and rarely have appts scheduled. The girl said come at 4 and I see what I can do. I go at 4 and she looks at my hair and starts telling me what she can do to fix it. So she went ahead and did it and at the end it came it out beautiful. She replies “ you better like it because I was suppose to leave at 6 and my husband rarely comes home and I ditched him

Today” i was shocked first and then like wtf 😳 you didn’t just say that to a customer. How is that my fault and im paying you. I sarcastically apologized to her 3 times and she just said its ok all quiet. Honestly I was shocked she said that and angry but my reactions are always late. Should I call the salon and complain? Was she probably just joking? Idk 🤷🏼‍♀️
