Sometimes when i orgasm i squirt, and sometimes when i orgasm i get super creamy. Is there a science reason for the change? Position ? Where I’m at in my cycle? Etc. I’m just curious lol

Women secrete various distinct and different fluids during arousal, masturbation and sex. Over the last 15 years, we got a much clearer idea of what these fluids are:

* Mucus - A clear, milky or creamy fluid being secreted from the cervix and vaginal lining to clean, lubricate, and protect the area. It also helps sperm survive inside the vagina and cervix during the woman’s fertile week. In some phases of your menstrual cycle it changes in texture and quantity.

* Arousal fluid - Plasma from cells in the vaginal lining being squeezed out due to the engorgement of the area.

* Fluid from the Bartholin’s glands - This is the same fluid that men secrete from the Cowper’s gland, and which is called pre-ejaculate or pre-cum in a man. The purpose of this fluid is thought to be to lubricate and disinfect the vaginal entrance during sex.The two Bartholin’s glands open up next to the vaginal opening.

* Female ejaculation - Fluid being produced by the female prostate (aka paraurethral glands) and Skene’s glands. This is the same tissue as the male prostate, and the fluid is the same in color, texture, taste and quantity as male semen, because it is mostly the same (without sperm of course). It tastes sweet, is about a teaspoon or two, it can be clear or milky. The Skene’s glands open next to the urethral opening (pee hole).

* Squirt or gushing - Fluid (mostly urine) being released in larger quantities from the bladder at various phases of sex. Some of it is just due to the contractions of the orgasm, some of it is due to various physical conditions like overactive bladder or incontinence, some of it is due to pressure being placed on the bladder sphincter muscle by fingers, toys or the penis (the so-called g-spot). Sometimes women are being taught to bear down and push out when they feel like they want to pee during sex. This helps the process of squirting/gushing.

It is now also medical consensus that the g-spot does not exist in the female body. It lives in bad or old self-help books, articles, magazines, videos and web sites that never updated their own information after the research from the late 90’s until today failed to show that there is anything physical that can be called a g-spot. Every vagina has spots that are more sensitive, and these needs to be discovered by each woman. The position where it was thought that the g-spot were, are close to the internal structures of the clitoral complex which goes about 15 cm into a woman’s body. Putting pressure on that spot, also puts pressure on the bladder and the bladder sphincter muscle. 

Note that none of this is bad. It is all part of a woman’s normal sexual response. It is often sought out and desirable for female and male partners. It often contributes to the pleasure from sex and orgasm, for both partners.

It’s just that when you squirt it’s release of a different type and caused by different intensity. Creamy is usually because of your cm texture and cycle.

Women don’t ejaculate like men do. When you squirt it is actually pee. The rest is just discharge. Which can vary depending where you are at in your cycle. But for the most part it should be a clear discharge when you are aroused
