Anyone here had a VBAC after 2 c sections?

Just curious. I have 2 boys, both c sections. I think eventually in the next few years I'd like to try for another. My youngest is 2 now, so probably when he is 5. I just hate that I'd have to get another c section. Is there any hope for me to have a vaginal birth?

My OB wouldn’t try after one c-section. She said there were too many risks for the patients and her. I had three c-sections and it was fine. In my 40’s now and I have no bladder problems since I never pushed, so that’s one plus.

Even if you want to do it, its completely contingent on your provider and the hospital you deliver at. Some will flat out not do VBACs at all, some will not do them after x number of previous c-sections. The doctors and hospital don't want to be held liable or sued in the event of a complication. Plenty of women have successful VBACs, but you're going to have to find a provider who will work with you and is willing to let you try, provided there are no problems leading up to delivery.
