Single mom no help 5days postpartum

So today I had to do a lot I had to carry the car seat of my 7lb boy all around and had to Uber go up the stairs of my apartment I wasn’t really bleeding a lot but now I’m bleeding again after all that movement 😫 then my C-section scar is having sharp pangs in it .
