Would you be annoyed? Bf smoking weed!

My partner and I smoked weed during the 5 years of our relationship together. However I gave up 4 months ago due to third baby on the way! He was meant to give up to bevause we financially cannot afford it anymore and he knows it's for the best. 
To this day he still smokes! He hasn't even tried and the worse part is he goes to my brothers house every time to smoke! My brother doesn't care about our children he is a jealous bitter person. He manipulates my mum into giving him money he's just a bad person even I don't talk to him!
Well he goes to my brothers house at least 3/4 times a week and it's starting to really fuck me off. 
Why is he spending his time around someone who doesn't care one bit about our kids, also why smoke when we can't afford it and for months he's promised it will be his last time!!! He's asking me for £13 right now to get smoke and saying it'll be the last time and I'm saying no he's going absolutely mental!!! He's being horrible but I'm sorry we have £300 in the bank to last us 3 weeks that's not happening!!!!!!!! Am I going crazy or is this stupid of him!!!

I wouldn’t be annoyed at the weed in particular if it wasn’t affecting his responsibilities, but if he was choosing something over family, yes absolutely. If he can’t afford it he shouldn’t do it and he shouldn’t neglect his fam half of the nights a week

Thing is, as you said in the first line, youve both smoked it for 5 years. Ive just given up smoking cigarettes as im currently pregnant, but cant expect my husband too as the insentive isnt the same. Would i have given up if i wasnt pregnant? Probably not.. i hate people who smokes weed, its a very lazy situation (i think!) I have a friend who eorks full time and her partners smokes weed, they cant afford it and he doesnt work.. mental situation, but i suppose each to their own!

Me & my partner where HEAVY tokers our first 6 years together, what brought us together but now pregnant and stopped. I stopped for my health & to know that I had that extra money to put aside for baby. Although my feelings have changed, I can't expect his too, nor so quick, but he has respected my decision and kept it out the house, now has a smoke in his car before bed or over at his work mates after work b4 he comes home and I'm good with that. I really understand your frustration though, mine will do the same and spend his last few notes on some and then moan hes skint but best believe I wont be helping when he runs out now haha.

Priority first and that’s not one of them that’s my opinion. I enjoyed it as well before I got pregnant so I can say that it was medical use for me also.

I'm the annoying one in this situation. I am the one who can't give up cannabis and my partner really wants me to. But I seriously cannot sleep without it - tried so many other things but CBD helps the most. I did at least give up smoking and I don't use THC anymore, only CBD tinctures, but I have a desire to start smoking again after we finally are successful in our journey to become parents. I feel it really helps with relaxation and it's just one of those simple things that makes the pains of life a little easier to live through. At least your boyfriend is not an alcoholic, alcohol is worse and more toxic, even though it is legal. I get why it's annoying since he doesn't have the money for it and it's illegal in your country, but at the same time I get why he has a hard time stopping since it really does help a lot with stress. I see both sides. I would just see if he could come up with a budget to be able to afford it better, maybe give up another unneccesary spending habit in order to be able to afford this one, something that works for both sides?

If he did it all along then I dont think you can expect him to stop out of principle. And I think he does it at your brother's because at your place youll rag on him, so your brother's place is simply a place to go do it and your brother enables it. But if it's taking away from your grocery/electricity money with 2 kids then tough patooties for him, we have to first and foremost provide the basics. Ive had to give up on things during tough times too, thats just the way it goes.
