Adult diapers?

I bled terribly after having my first. Even with the biggest, thickest pads I could find I leaked through on everything for almost a week. Someone suggested that this time I try adult diapers for the first week so I'm not stressing about bleeding on stuff or ruining my clothes. 
Has anyone else used diapers instead of pads? Any advice or suggestions?

This is my first baby but yeah Im also thinking about using diapers! Or at least I'll try them I hope I can be comfortable in them!

With my first I bleed sooo much and now with my second on the way I bought some women diapers about a month ago. The hospitals pads aren't as good as u would think and plus they don't give you enough to take home so.. My advice is yes get the women diapers.

This is my first baby but my cousin who just had her baby recommended using diapers instead. I think I'm going to try them and see if they work or are more comfortable.

I used both with my last pregnancy it really kept the mess away. Adult diapers and large overnight pads that's the way to go 👍

I did! And they are absolute life saver!! To me it's a must have! Planning on sporting a diaper again this time around:)
