I’m 40 and TTC for 6yrs

Has anyone have good advice for taking certain specific supplements/vitamins to take….also have anyone use lubricant pre seeds that help to get pregnant? I have 12 yrs old daughter and 8 yrs old daughter. I am trying to have a son. This is my last chance and last baby. Please help! Anything would be much appreciated.
