I originally wanted Scottlyn Jane and call her Scottie but my husband does not like Scottlyn so I offered just doing Scottie but was wondering if it’s too boyish.

Everyone gave us an odd look when we said we were naming our daughter Jeffey Mae after my husbands Bemaw and my Grandma. She owns it. It fits her. Go with what you feel. People are always going to have their opinions.. there’s a woman that barrel raced in the NFR last year. Her name is Jimmie Smith and I fell in love with it. Just my thoughts.. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I love the name Scottie! I tried naming my daughter that, but my husband didn’t like it. We ended up naming her Parker (spelt Parkir.. we keep the letter i in all their names 😅)
