Bleeding cd 18-19
I have super irregular cycles (26-34 days over the last year ish) but I'm on cycle day 19 , and have been spotting off and on since yesterday, with mild cramping. And ovulation test was negative, because i heard that it could be ovulation bleeding (which has becer happened to me before.) Any insight on what this could be ?
