Giving up and Frustrated

I have been TTC for 4 years. I have a 9 year old daughter, and just turned 44. My bf does not have any children and is also 44. I am ready to give up. I have used the ap for over 4 years and nothing. I don't want to mess with medical procedures,so I think I'm done trying. If anyone else can understand I would appreciate kind words.
