My boyfriend choked me for the first time during sex last weekend and I’m still feeling it today.

Wondering if it was normal. He definitely was to rough and even he said it. He was so focused on one hand he got a little to tight with it.

He didn’t stay long but my throat is super sore still 6 days later and I still get a weird feeling like something is around my neck still but there’s not.

I don’t want to go to the doctor and them think I’m getting beat or something. I gave permission to try but I think both of us rather never do that again.

Has anyone else been sore like this after?
