14 days late on period, all negative hpt, every sign of pregnancy and the past 3 days I've been having intense vaginal and butt spasms even though that sounds weird I'm really worried because it hasn't gone away and it sometimes cramps really bad in my lower stomach along with it too. What could it be and should I be worried?
